Personal Data Processing Policy Monyte LLC

Monyte LLC, identified with ID 2023-001224615, with address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY (hereinafter, "MONYTE"), in its capacity as responsible and/or in charge of the processing of personal data, communicates to its stakeholders the Personal Data Processing Policy adopted in compliance with the applicable legal regime in force.

The personal data collected by Monyte, will be treated in accordance with current legislation and good practices applicable to the personal data protection regime. Likewise, the data collected will be treated in the execution of its corporate purpose, which consists mainly in the development of contractual and commercial documents with third parties and its corresponding fiscal, commercial and financial consulting; to carry out all the corresponding procedures to carry out operations involving intangibles with commercial value.

Monyte states that its actions shall be governed by the principles of legality, purpose, freedom, truthfulness or quality, transparency, restricted access and circulation, security and confidentiality.

Channels for the exercise of the right

For the exercise of Habeas Data, the owner of the personal data or whoever demonstrates a legitimate interest as indicated in the regulations in force, may do so by e-mail to the following address hello@monyte.co

The person exercising the habeas data must accurately provide the requested contact information in order to process, attend and respond to his request and deploy the charges for the exercise of his rights.

Once the request for the exercise of Habeas Data has been received, MONYTE will respond in the legal terms.
